I bet it's changed a bit since 2004 :o)

Thanks for the Lewes link - I'll have a nose at that soon :o) PJK :o)https://www.blogger.com/profile/05719702197356670540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6011817112664802339.post-91190201853715171962013-04-10T06:52:26.168+01:002013-04-10T06:52:26.168+01:00Thanks Alan - I really don't think there is an...Thanks Alan - I really don't think there is anything quite so lovely as the sun bouncing off the sea here. It's a shame we don't attract the holiday makers we used to though. When I was a kid & teenager back in the 70s & early 80s, we still had a fairly good holiday season, but it's definitely died off since then. Such a shame. Ramsgate has a lot to offer & people who get off ferries, or planes at Manston, need to know that the town is more than just a stop off point to Canterbury, London etc :o) We just need something - I don't know what - to help lift us out of the doldrums :o)PJK :o)https://www.blogger.com/profile/05719702197356670540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6011817112664802339.post-43091071463184475382013-04-09T16:23:05.570+01:002013-04-09T16:23:05.570+01:00Lovely pictures Pat. Wasn't far from where I used to work; about a 5 min walk.

http://www.riddlerworld.co.uk/meridian/PG0977.htm

Again the Meridian Line passes through Sheffield Park station.
Lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07452894851097865744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6011817112664802339.post-12104217963024087132013-04-08T16:46:22.548+01:002013-04-08T16:46:22.548+01:00Thanks for the photo’s and walk Pat, although we n...Thanks for the photo’s and walk Pat, although we now live in a beautiful part of the world down here on the Dorset/ Hampshire border, there is nothing like seeing the open beaches of my home town, the memories of childhood when they were crowded with holiday makers, the sights and the sounds of the fun-fare in the background. The views of the harbour reminding me of ‘Harry’s Boy’ that I put together back in January.
http://alan-turtle.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/harrys-boy.html
Thank you.
Al's Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00016844923882443941noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6011817112664802339.post-83724259916547904802013-04-08T15:08:22.157+01:002013-04-08T15:08:22.157+01:00I think it's a lovelty place, too, Jen.
